Our health coaching model is designed for those that want to better themselves and lead a happier, healthier lifestyle. Our mission is to create an alliance with our clients where we can partner to help them achieve their wellness goals. We also enjoy celebrating our client’s accomplishments as well as assisting them in setting new goals! These sessions can take place in person or through a video conference. Our Wellness Center offers a private, comfortable environment where our clients can be open about their challenges and goals. We have six certified health coaches specializing in chronic disease such as: pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and weight loss.
